Orders:
Retailers interested in wholesale pricing please note our minimum order of US$500.00 is required for all wholesale orders. A 25% deposit is due upon confirmation. Repeat orders must be a minimum of US$300.00. To qualify for a wholesale account please contact us for an account application or fill in the Wholesale Application on our website.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or COD.
Return Policy:
Items may be returned for merchandise credit only within ten days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition and packed properly in a rigid box. If they are not returned within 10 business days and in their original packaging a 20% restocking fee will apply. We will not accept any returns after 90 days from the date of purchase.All purchases are final as our products are made to order. Please contact us for your Return Authorization Number before sending it back.
We will not accept any returned merchandise without a return authorization number on the outside of the return box or on the invoice.For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back via a traceable carrier with insurance and that you email Nina Nguyen Designs the tracking number. Nina Nguyen Designs will not be responsible for shipping fees on returned items.We will not be responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Please note that no returns will be accepted on Special orders and/or Custom work.
